Osiris NYC 83 VLC, damn. I’m not even sure how to wrap my head around these. For one, they are chunky up top, with Vulcanized soles. But they also have slimmer toe caps that are ever so popular with the skate set these days. 
For upper you can go Canvas or Synthetic Leather. Either way they are layered and should be able to take some serious grip-tape abuse. I’ve been really happy with my Pixels which have a synthetic Nubuck upper.
Check the detailing on each. The Plum and Black Canvas have a torn look on some edges, and the faux leather black and green have some shiny silver going on. And how about that Orange Plaid. (no hunting jokes)
Super padded collar and tongue which you would expect in an Osiris Hi-top. No bruised ankles here. 
All and all these are some very skate-able and LOUD shoes. Plus, the whole line up is VEGAN!
