This goof-ball again? Yeah well this edition of Cooking with The Vegan Zombie is a light on the Zombie antics and heavy on the deliciousness. I’m a sucker for tamales and they are super easy to make with a little planning and a steam basket.
If I was the Vegan Zombie, I would get some Upton’s Naturals (chorizo style) in stead of Gimme Lean. Gotta represent for Chicago’s Vegan owned and operated Seitan company!
