Jerry Hsu designed a sweet mid-top, then it had a baby.
Sole Tech has been pumping out quite a few of these canvas numbers and while some people may be weary, I think they have found a good formula. Last summer I was riding an eS Eldridge mid and it held up considerably well. The Hsu however seems to have a little more heft to it.
The grey model is the only colorway in the line that is vegan. “Feature canvas upper materials, thin padded tongue and collar, full-length internal polyurethane misdole, STI Foam Lite 1 footbed, OrthoLite performance insoles, double wrapped vulcanized construction, 400 NBS natural gum rubber outsole, and reinforced toecap and ollie area.”
I found a few places carrying a range of sizes.
SkateWarehouse has a number of sizes for only $45.99
CCS has a few more sizes, and those will run 64.99. But if you spend a few dollars more you use IPCCV2N3 and get some free shipping.
