Vans La Cripta Dos MID is a slightly meaner skate shoe from Omar Hassan, and like its name suggests this is a dark mid top version to the black La Cripta Dos. The Vegan color way of La Cripta Dos mid is dark navy blue canvas. The shape is similar to the 106 but better equipped for aggressive skateboarding, ie thicker canvas and more padding in the collar and tongue. Its a nice change of Mid-top if you want to sport Vans, but want something different then the Half-Cab. Traditional vulcanized “wafflegrip” for the good board feel. Metal eyelets running the length of the shoe keeping things tight, and a couple extra up top around the collar if you really want to get into some binding.
