Most skateboard shoes come in one of two styles, thin with vulcanized soles or puffy cupsoles. Certainly there are exceptions to the rules but usually its, thin cupsole. The Clipper has a great vulcanized sole for board feel and nice padded collar to keep your ankles comfortable.
