The second annual Chicago Vegan Chef Showdown is less then a week away and there are still a few tickets available! 8 Chefs representing some of the finest in Vegan Cuisine will battle for your taste buds this saturday at Beauty Bar Chicago. For $35 you get a tasting ticket and will get a chance to sample from each of the contending Chefs. Proceeds benefit Mercy For Animals, who fight to expose animal cruelty to farmed animals, and promote a Vegan lifestyle.
The event kicks off at Sat Nov. 10th @ 3:30pm. Good news for all you late afternoon snackers! I suggest a mid-day skate at Logan, followed by some serious eating!
